If I would rate the service at the Buffet , I would say Its 0 in scale of 10 !! You have to serve yourself, Not as expected, Sweets corner is the best and Appetisers are good .. (Dont waste ur time!)

I used to stay in this hotel from the time it opened about 20 years ago

Their bathrooms don't meet the standards of a gas station on a weekday. No water faucet in the lobby toilet . Great work guys! :-)

It's OK .. not woooow, just ok. The lobby should be great due to the setting, but it is always crowded (the lobby isn't being attended properly by hotel staff ). I don't know about rooms or the spa .

Good location, price and quit place. It is located in between Dammam, Dhahran and Khobar.
