Average rooms and food as well , good for the business travelers, close to industrial area and King Abdulaziz port . Nothing special about this hotel
The property is really nice & the rooms modern & spacious . But the service is horrible. Not well maintained, not clean & the f&b is extremely bad; no consistency no manners doesn't feel like a Novotel

رايق وهادئ، الاثاث نظيف ومرتب ، يستاهل سعره صراحة
فندق مرتب ونظيف ديكوراته غاية في البساطة والجمال الغرف صغينونة لكن مرتبة ومخدومة بشكل جيد يستاهل يكون احد خيارات السكن المهمة في الدمام
فندق مرتب ، نظيف، خدمة ممتازة، عنده مشكلة فقط في مواقف السيارات في وقت النهار، اخذت مخالفة من المرور بسبب مواقف الفندق
ممتاز للاجتماعات الرسمية "هادئ و يوجد غرف اجتماعات خاصة و غالبا تكون فاضية و تقدر تدخل"
