I hv tried nearly all Or jien in Malacca, including today so called the best, non is better than Muar glutoon street or jien. so far the best I hv come across!!!
Agree with other 4SQ entries, u can get better 'or chien' elsewhere. The uncle probably used to fry shiok oyster omelette but mine tastes lifeless. Lotsa flour, even lesser eggs & oysters r tiny
Delicious fried oyster ! But be patient with the long queue
My RM 7 dish consisted of very nicely fried eggs and starch and only 4 mini pieces of oyster . Seriously?!?
Fried just dry enough to be different from the Penang style , gluey type. Eggs and oysters are generously used. Taste ok , dip in their chilli sauce ..
Cheap , fresh seafood . Taste yummy.
Oyster omelette with invisible oysters .
Best fried oyster ever
Fried oyster or fried starch and egg ? What a joke.
