Got 2 stalls dun know which is famous but i choice left (if face to the road ). Siew yuk is better than char siew , siew yuk skin is crispy , char siew different with KL it is 古早味 type
Char Siew taste diff from KL ones, it's sweeter & crispier. Originally ppl eat it with omelette but only the stall on the left as you enter the food court , has omelette .
Nice and fresh char siew and shao rou here
Good and nice food in Melaka.
Charsiew is average, but charsiew rice is best in Malaysia.
