Although it's not on the lake , the JW's location is terrific - walkable to the metro, good cab access, shopping nearby. Great staff , & the hotel is a well-appointed retreat from Hangzhou's chaos.
Modern hotel with nice rooms and a nice gym . Breakfast has good selection. Service was good. Would stay here again.
Bircher Muesli at breakfast is a must have! Just a 5 minute walk to the mall behind the hotel which pretty much has everything you need to find.
If you don't need to stay directly at the lake , it's a good choice. Nice views from the executive lounge .
Soup in the 2nd floor Chinese Restaurant is great

A beautiful lake to walk around. Fountains and light shows at night, though it’s very pretty during the day too - Tim Deng
