Breakfast in the sala colazione is good. Waiters are helpful and polite. Located on the 4th floor, the view of the street is nice.
Keys are actual metal keys, not cards. You can leave them with the clerk while you're out and retrieve when you return.
Walking distance of all the major sights. Right next to Piazza Della Repubblica.
Rooms facing Via dei Lamberti hear a lot of street noise. Ask for a different room if you're a light sleeper.

The wooden window covers don't block all the light. Window curtains don't block light or close entirely.
The location is really great, but the hotel is kind of old. Not very well furnished, and the hairdryer really needs an upgrade!
