While most everything here is amazing, they're especially famous for their Surtido de setas or Perretxiko aukera - a deliciously prepared Mushroom selection with a creamy egg yolk in the middle.
All time best food I ever had! Mushrooms should not be missed. Among the main courses my favorite was the Monkfish & Shrimps in Skewers . Service was great, food amazing, good value for money !
My favorite pintxos bar , classic with a old-time feel and uniformed servers. The bar is colorful with their croissant sandwiches , fresh seafood , and mounds of mushroom varietals . Enjoy their hongas!
Always ask what’s on the menu (not on the bar display) as that’s what made from fresh ingredients . The wine list is also excellent with 80s Lopez for $50. But really you can never go wrong at Ganbara

Hongos plancha (wild mushrooms with egg ) is a splurge but worth it. Jamon Croquette (croissant ) is buttery deliciousness.

Great mushroom dishes and all kinds of pintxos . The 'fried milky bread ' is a very nice local desert offered here that you should try out if you have a sweet tooth ☺️
Must get the "hongos plantxa" (white mushrooms cooked on a grill top) - absolutely amazing taste and texture that can't be replicated.

Friendly staff and delicious pinxos. I enjoyed the jam on and cheese bocadillos with delicious multigrain bread .

Realmente todo extraordinario, los mini bocados de jamón son superlativos, las tartaletas de txangurro delicadísimos; regresamos a cenar y la tinta y el pescado a la brasa con sal gruesa es de sueño
mantar çeşitleri. Merluza balığının yanak- Kokotxas rebesado . raciones-üç tavsiye: Berberachos kum midyesi , mürekkebinde kalamar (chipirones en şu tinta) ve Galisya usulü ahtapot (pulpo gallega).
Difícil encontrar unos hongos a la plancha mejores. Merece la pena la tartaleta de txangurro , las croquetas y las anchoas , sin olvidar sus hojaldres y los minibocadillos de ibérico recién horneados.
El trato ha sido excelente.Hemos pedido ensalada con tomate y ventresca y estaba buenisimo (el tomate como el de la huerta ),lenguado y torrijas de postre.Todo de 10;volvería con los ojos cerrados.
La barra de pinchos , y abajo un pequeño restaurante . Imprescindibles los chipirones a lo Pelayo (pequeños calamares encebollados ) y los hongos y setas de temporada.

Siempre lleno, no me extraña porque está todo buenísimo. Las tartaletas de Txangurro espectaculares, y el jamón serrano también.
Il faut commander les petits sandwiches au jambon , chers mais divins ! Les tartelettes au Xanguro sont délicieuses aussi !
