Cool place in the heart of CT (yes: of course there might be noise from the streets in inner city hotels ...), staff relaxed, wifi excellent without limitations. Very good price/value for South Africa!

The concierge is PUTRID. Wifi completely fickle (a booster will aid). Saving graces-great location, amazing views and luxurious rooms .

Lovely staff and well run but just terrible noise. It’s next to party central, like NOLAs French Quarter. We stayed a month for a work thing and it was loud every night.

Friday - Sunday night is way too noisy . Try to book the room away from the Longstreet. Club music , scream and honking is a nightmare for people whom needs deep sleep! Btw, Nice interior and gym !

We went fr dwn breakfast & whn we got bck to the suite within the hr all our cash & watch was stolen! Thr are no CCTV in hallway to identify who went into our room!? Will reveal feedback frm mgmt.

The Internet connection always having problems & very slow. If u ask anything, take ages for them to come. Example: maintenance, IT person etc. Room are very nice & cozy ...bed is so goooood!

Do not order a cappuccino ! They are terrible. There are only two lifts, so if a tour group arrives just before you do, go and find something else to do. Dinner menu is limited, but the food is good.

be very careful with the housekeeping, engineering staff who love to enter your room even with DND sign was hang outside of the door...beside the lousy internet service which been blocked by the hotel
