Best service in any of the Westins I stayed in around the world (been to around 15 around the world) concierge team is absolutely amazing, they organized the whole week of trips and activities for us

Breakfast on the ground floor is much better than the SPG executive floor breakfast . Spa and hair salon r great. Ask for Themba at reception and Megan at concierge for the best service

Bed is genuinely heavenly. All staff is corteous. I managed to get a table at Test Kitchen thanks to great service from the concierge . Desmond from Travel Desk gave us an amazing tour of the city .

My preferred hotel in Cape Town. Good location, convenient hotel car service...but most importantly a really nice spa...great deep tissue massages !

Soup to nuts probably the best Westin I've stayed at worldwide. The windows in our 16th floor corner room made some strange noises, but other than that it was a top notch experience.

Great place to stay, not far from either Waterfront or Downtown area. Wonderful view from almost all rooms. Stunning view from gym and spa area !

This hotel was ahead of it's time. I can't say enough, if you want the best hotel experience with great facilities in Cape Town, you should definitely go with this one!

Wi-fi strong on 11th floor, beautiful hotel , super cozy bar areas (including cigar lounge ), shuttle every 30 minutes to V&A waterfront where there is LOTS of great things to do there!

5 star; amazing room decor. Good food. I love the chilled beer . Pretty much heavy on the pocket but worth every coin. ????

Have breakfast in the top floor and marvel at the beautiful views . Staff on ground floor lounge are super helpful and very flexible!

Stunning views , best in Cape Town, on the top floor. Food not bad, although the coconut and lemon grass consome is a disaster. What was the chef thinking?! Friendly staff .

I love the showers ! It's soothing and makes me wanna shower every minute. The bed is cozy and comfortable . U might wanna go up higher floor and always request rooms overseeing the water parks .

Great breakfast for SPG members. Nice staff , though not necessarily experts in the local area. Internet is frustratingly slow. Free shuttle every half hour to V&A is pretty useful.

Try and have breakfast on the top floor. One of the best views in the world and friendly staff .

Decent hotel with big rooms . Lobby coffee area is great for meetings during the day, not busy or noisy . Location is the best in town .

Great hotel and stunning city views but power points are not their strong point, in the guest rooms, lounge or lobby!

If you can get yourself to the club floor, it's well worth it - great breakfast , happy hour - all free!

The sushi is nice and good value be prepared then new outdoor pool will open soooon for summer fun :-)

Westin Grand is one of the better hotels globaly. Good service , big rooms , fantastic bathroom and bed, flat screen , wireless Internet throughout the hotel . Central location close to everything.

Visit the spa and enjoy the on-site facilities. Lap pool , jacuzzi , sauna/steam rooms, the beautiful sea of dreams and all of this on the 19th floor .

If you enjoy a pool or jacuzzi soak do bring your trunks. It is just a lap pool but nice view . The jacuzzi has similar views . Gym is 24hr is compact but new.

Convention center has a convenient ATM and nice cafe if you want a quieter breakfast than the restaurant .

Whenever u feel cold just go stand on the bathroom floor after u switch on the heating button 
