It's improving , the breakfast buffet at the mornings is amazing with the wide range of pastries and fruits available. Its obviously pricey considering its one of the best hotels in Sri Lanka.

This is a top class hotel but be aware of the roof top nightclub . The music is loud and goes on until 3am. If you're in a room anywhere on the upper floors you won't get any sleep.

Definitely 1 of d most elegant hotels in SL. Dinner bufets gud 4 meat luvrs bt nt so much variety 4 vegs . Deserts were awsm with a huge variety ranging 4m western 2 traditional swts.

The hotel is lovely by the Indian Ocean . The view from my room and that of my kids was amazing.However, 2 of my daughters and myself had food poisoning from the dinner buffet and I go vegan

The business lunch menus for 1600LKR per head are the best lunch options for a 5 star hotel in colombo or any Restaurant.try it at the ocean sea foor or "le Chuan" Chinese restaurant .

An amazing wedding reception venue. The hall exudes old colonial luxury and grandeur, with an adjacent lawn that overlooks the majestic Indian Ocean. The food was amazing as well .

High tea has improved a lot in a satisfying way. Vegetarian options include salads , vege lasagna/pizzas. Iced tea is a must! Ambiance and service being good as always.

Hightea is not a good option for veges Very limited choise, its mainly cheese & tomotoe sandwich and seeni sambol(horrible). But they do have a wide variety for non-veges. Superb pinacolada milkshake

Actually I kinda hate the lobby because its full of mirrors and has hallway sort design. Love the view of the Port City construction at night.

Make sure you call the hotel an hour or so before your arrival and make sure your room is ready. They oversell and make you wait in the lobby for hours till the room is ready.

Make sure you go here at least once, just to see the sunset . The food and drinks are overpriced, but good. You basically pay for the view which doesn't disappoint.
