I felt in love with this place... the best oysters in Australia so far. Lamb shoulder is better than in most Greek places. Also liked cured salmon . Completely recommend!
Fantastic service and amazing food. I can honestly say I had the best piece of fish ever. A generous serve of local Blue-Trevalla cooked perfectly and served with an apple and fennel slaw .
I heard this place had new owners and couldn't wait to try it out. Service was amazing, very attentive, food was great. Wine and beer menu on point. 5 stars team.
Great for drinks outside by the water. They always have delicious soups . Try the salt n pepper squid . Excellent service .
The new management have done a great job, service was friendly and efficient, meals were awesome, well worth a visit
Oysters , duck & barley risotto & the Tasmanian salmon were all fantastic.
Breakfast ! Enjoy the poached egg with Avo. It’s delish
Great bar , friendly staff also knowledgable on local area for advice.
Really good risotto and braised beef cheek . The fries are surprisingly good too! Quite expensive meal but worth it!
Breakfast took an age to be served, me thinks this is their way for you to churn through more coffees . Food was worth the wait.
Small batches on tap and fantastic food
Great customer service, nice music .
Great spot, free WiFi . Decent coffee .
Nothings changed in 10 years. Everything is great! Easy all week...
Nothing has changed in ten years and the place needs an update. Food is just that little bit too expensive for the setting and the style.
Didn't start well when the waiter brought the wrong wine , served it and then took off before we could correct him. Forgot to bring the side we ordered with our main. Not the greatest night.
Great Tassie wine
The Eggs Benedict with Salmon were beautiful. Perfectly cooked.
bad coffee , there wasn't anyone in there when we ordered, still had to wait nearly 20 min for some eggs Benedict . Was asked 3 times If I wanted another drink while waiting. Pushy sales. Bad staff .
Getting the attention of wait staff can be a real challenge.
Bring a megaphone to attract attention of indifferent staff who need training in wait-service or go somewhere like Zum or Smolt who have much better service and a more extensive menu.
Decent though expensive food, but a nice vibe by the water.
The oysters were bullshit awesome.
Great location but the Breakfast was bad: greasy underdone bacon and "hash brown " was a greasy hard crusted dried out horror.
Check the horses while you are here.
Try the Eggs Benedict with Salmon . Yum
The breakfast here isn't very generous but the staff were friendly .
Free wifi !!!
Just saw a local girl get twice as much wine in her glass as me. Not happy! Especially since we ordered the same drink.
Good coffee & good selection of papers
Wheres Amy?
Good drinks menu, but breakfast service is a bit slack. Coffee not great
Meals are over priced undersized and average. They really need to lift their game for the price they charge.
Don't buy coffe here, not good! trus me
Avoid if you're looking for lazy Sun afternoon. Loud crap music all along

Allocate at least a couple of hours to browse through the galleries, as well as the outdoor pieces. Love the O app on the iPod that is provided during the visit. It's a beautiful museum. - Lynn Wabbit
