This is an amazing location and a great place to enjoy all Hobart has to offer. Best position to watch the Sydney-Hobart yachts come in with many associated with the race staying here.

The ventilation in the downstairs bathrooms is not super-effective, so put your dry clothing in the clothes dryer (without turning it on) to protect it getting damp from the steam!
The location can't be beat, a bit of happy noise from cafes below. The furniture is all cheap & uncomfortable. The bathroom was handicap access but ugly.
