Try to come here early in the morning and after.picture taking, go to alamanda for a while. In the evening, the mykad should be ready. check website whether is the card is ready :-)

Very prompt service . Gave my card and told the problem(damage chip ), waited for less than 2 hours and got it back! Even had good and affordable food at the cafeteria . Be in line by 730am for this :D

If you're unsure, there's an information counter on the lobby which is 1 escalator up from the ground floor. Renewal of IC is on the 2nd floor. 2015 Dec

If you drop or misplace your i/c, you can do your new i/c here without making a police report. Get it back after 24 hours :)

Goverments counter are becoming more efficient now. Birth cert . & MyKid takes 1 hour to process . Plus, you can wait in the cafeteria for your no. to be called up. Kudos!

Counter opens 1 hr late, service without a smile and you call that "efficient"? What a hassle, even just to get a form! Please buck up.

actual procedure here is smoother than the journey to get here, so the department is better planned than the roads and car park ! thumbs up!

Not that very long of waiting. The numbers goes fast so A for that but wish that i.c gonna be ready on the same day that would be magnificent :)

If your number is still long way to go, you can wait at the cafeteria . There are counter display board there as well .
