The lady at the reception counter is somehow misleading. Some people's submission would have been rejected just on the reception's lack of knowledge .

Don't bother coming near lunch hour. They take your number but once reach 1pm sharp they'll go for lunch and process it one hour later.

Staffs here r horrible. A foreigner was asking questions a whole bunch of them made fun of her and laughed. Is this how Malaysians portray themselves? I feel so ashamed so I decided to assist her.

Cafeteria is situated on LG and is opened for the public.
