Tour guides bring people here to buy souvenir prints ... probably with a kickback. The designs are nice and selling isn't too pushy, but it's definitely a waste of time if you've no interest in buying.

It’s not a museum it’s a store scammin people into buyin the papyrus and the guides bringin people to this place definitely gettin a kick back. I bought something for 50 they charged me 70. Scammers!
It’s a scam! It’s not a museum just an overpriced papyrus selling store where they pressure you to buy their overpriced papyrus paper. The guide gets a cut too for bringing you here. RUN!! Don’t walk!
If you come, you will know how to make papyrus by yourself and be able to find fake one.

Not really a museum ; more of a gallery/shop. Not that exciting. Waste of time .

This museum is much bigger than you'd expect with a multitude of exhibitions and mummies - fascinating. Can get really busy but worth the crowds - Phat Buoy
