Best spot for lunch in the market . The long line moves fast. Go for a premium set with fatty tuna , salmon , roe and uni for 4,800 yen and split between two people. Incredible nigiri !
Large seafood store at the Kuromon market . Get there early to avoid the huge crowd during lunch time. The prawns are huge and fresh from the grill. They might not be the best, but they have the most.
Ordered Donburi set with Ikura & Salmon . I've tasted nicer Ikura at Sapporo Wholesale Market before. The prawns for Sushi set has the natural fresh sweetness. -Penang Kia Food Critique-
