The ramen was cooked to al dente which had a subtle springy mouth feel, whereas the broth was flavourful and rich; I just wanted to lick my bowl clean ! Ramen w/o an egg which costs u ¥790, reasonable.

Super awesome broth and al dente noodles . Hit all the right notes! Open 24hrs , I went at 7am and enjoyed it without queue and such a nice environment!

There was some line but it was really fast. Awesome that you can choose the intensity of flavor and quantities of green onion , garlic , spicy and softness of the noodles . Great ramen experience.

Super long queue (at least 30-45 mins). They only have 1 version of the ramen but different levels of thickness. It's very very good and yes worth the long wait . 8/10.

Authentic ramen ! Do mind it’s pork only. No chicken , no beef , no seafood . Otherwise it’s really good! I’d order additional slices of pork as it’s doesn’t have much by default.

Tourist Tip: There's usually a long queue but it moves fast. The staff are pretty organized with it. Someone guides you where to go, but you need to pay attention because the girls are cranky.

Definitely go for the set meal option as the standard serving is rather small. An additional bowl of rice will help you to finish the delicious soup !

Very good ramen , with an explosion of taste. Easy for first timers - just follow directions, but remember to ask for some of the nice side dishes.

Thankfully, the line moves quickly. This is the Chipotle of ramen , which is to say it's somewhat customizable, thoroughly enjoyable, but aggressively neutral in ambiance.

If you are hungry and just want to eat, this is NOT the place. Ordering is a bit complicated and there will be a waiting line . Although the taste is worth it

Unlike other Ichirans, this one is massive and over several floors! They have individual booth seating as in their Tokyo restaurants , but also more traditional tables for groups.

Ramen is excellent. Multistorey building with larger capacity than most cuts down wait time considerably even at peak times.

Terrific ramen ! If you are asked to select where you want to eat, choose the classical place, not restaurant , it's great experience.

First we buy the ramen ticket what you wanna eat. The you can check the options from the paper which staffs give you. The most funny is you can write you nickname.

Ok ramen , but I feel like it's way overrated. Getting in is a hassle, even when it's not so crowded . I like that you can customize everything to your taste though.

We got a table instead of a "focus" booth . Get the rich broth and extra noodles .

Nothing special but solid ramen joint for a delicious lunch . This is a chain restaurant you’ll find around the cities in Japan.

Half boil egg require skill to peel the egg shell else the egg will turn have lots of holes and bumps.Soup is just average and not that thick,maybe i ordered the average soup.Be prepare for long queue

Tourist Tip: Orders are placed via the vending machine. Once you've been seated, the paper that you filled out should be given to one of the Ichiran guys.

Big on novelty factor and can customize everything-toppings, broth fattiness, noodle texture, spiciness , etc. But it can get pricey and the taste wasn't bad but not amazing.

Famous for their "flavor concentration" booths , the restaurant seems designed to limit human interaction. I'd consider it fast food ; a novel concept, consistent quality, but nothing fancy .
