This is definitely the finest restaurant in Dubrovnik . They know about how seafood should be cooked. Good thing is that you can trust other non-seafood items as well . Octopus sald is a must try: A+

Excellent food and service. Semi-fine dining... but pricey . I was told the fresh fish dishes are really good but go early for dinner to get it. Else you may not get any more.

The "Proto" menu is fairly reasonable and allows you to try a good variety of dishes. Scallops with truffle were amazing, nice restaurant .

Decent food for high prices. Fisherman’s plate was good, as were the adriatic clams (mussels ). Would avoid fish carpaccio as it was saltier than any cured fish we’ve ever had

Overrated (no-value). Dalmatian squid salad , freshness questionable seeing the tomato was stronger in flavor than the squid . Fettuccini with truffles was very creamy with little to no truffle taste.

The meal was pretty good. The dishes looked great, but it was pretty pricey for the resulting meal. The waitstaff was less attentive than preferred but it still seems to be one of the best around.
