Chairman Mao's Mausoleum is a history museum Beijing located in China.
11 Qianmen E Ave (At Tian'anmen Square) Beijing Beijing , 100000 China
Awesome atmosphere of total respect, surrounded by an eerie silence. Worth visiting to learn about Chairman Mao . Most of time, very crowded .
The bag storage is across the street in a red building with green roof. Don't leave camera or money in bag. Costs 5rmb. Leave your bag before walking all the way up to tomb and being sent back!
Interesting, cameras and backpacks are not allowed. Carry your passport, showing ID is required previous entrance.
#1 thing not to do in Beijing. Two hour wait at minimum. The line is very pushy. You get to walk by the Chairman’s wax figure for maybe 10 seconds.
Show the Historical heritage
No bags or backpacks allowed. Leave them in special storage. And be awake, you'll be rushed by it in no-time.
Is it the real Mao ? Or did they order one at Tussauds? Nevertheless something you should've seen.
Impressive! Check sculptures on both sides
Monday not working. Opened till 11 or 12 daytime
Come here!its fun!!!
