There are many places to talk about in this hotel . The stay is a wow experience. I highly recommend the spa . The tranquility of the coffee sitting is one of a kind. It’s my favorite place in khobar.

The best 5 Star in Khobar. Views are not that great, the only drawback. But location is very good for business visitors. 100 points for Comfort, luxury , ambience and staff .

Sky lounge is amazing, even though they just had a soft opening so not all facility are in operation. Its worth it for a coffee and to catch up with friends, loved ones.

Great spa and great employees , extremely helpful , polite and well educated ! Plus the most comfortable bed !!!

Poor furnished entrance and lobby. The lights in the check-in area are broken and full of dust. The electricity shutdown suddenly right before went to bed without any advanced notice.

Easily the best hotel in the eastern province

Quality has dropped to its lowest level. Fire alarms on mid night and AC 's are off on all facility since early morning add to it the rude staff . Disappointing for such brand.

Its the worst Kempinski i've been at. The blanket smells so disgusting, its like someone's sweat over it. Also, i asked for a separate beds and what i had is a king one! Will NEVER be here again.

Worst service ever.. shisha and food are ok.

First they left me waiting for 30 min to check in.I chose to stay at kempinski because of the cigar lounge they have. I like the lounge but the hotel needs more.
