Awesome experience to learn about one of the foundational families of not only Galveston but the state of Texas . We took kids (12 & 11) and there is enough there to keep them occupied.

Careful who you get for the tour...some of the guides are crazy and mean! Suck the life right out of you!
The woman who sells tickets in the gift shop is unspeakably rude to the customers. Moody Mansion needs to stop condoning this behavior in its employees.
