They're open at 7am, so you can get a take away coffee in early morning then keep going to your office . I really adore this. Or if you have enough time, seat there even at that time. It was so great.

Just perfect. Take away ,books ,natural light ,friendly workers ,cozy and etc. I liked it too much. It's worth more than watch you get. OH and It's a great place for taking photos.

All Cold drinks are very good, "caramel macchiato " (hot drink of course) is super awesome! The atmosphere makes you relax. The sofa is great. Remindes me of "Freinds" :)

I like the place, it reminds me of small cafes in Europe, the coffee is good, one of the good ones in Tehran. Setting is like Starbucks, if it’s not busy you can relax and read a book or something.

Does it do Chai Latte with a touch of love? Yes! It does have loud music and it may be crowded , but, it reflects the life style of many youngsters of Tehran. "Red Velvet " is delicious, rich & moist.

The environment was so good and I enjoyed it.we tried mocha coffee and it was pleasant,the prices were reasonable though.it was crowded and the music volume was high but it was totally good.

I love their brownies , and how fast they are.. if u go in the morning u can sit for as long as u want but if it’s crowded u can only sit for 20 mins

Caramel macchiato & apple crumble were delicious. Prices were good. However the music was too loud . Also you have to order & get your order to the table yourself.

Everything is good at lamiz. The prices are low , the coffees are great and even better you can have a great espresso . Also the architecture is awesome and lots of books you can read. Just perfect
