coffee is like other branches. but inwant to emphasize that lamiz in becoming a sub culture in tehran, and it could@be great if we know how to deal with it

Cakes are unique and delicious (caramel and apple cake ). Designed Caramel macchiato is the best ever ????.

LAMIZ, always great for having a quick coffee .But don't expect to find a place to sit during busy hours that is about 5 6 p.m. I recommend you try the croissant and a cup of Americano together.

Yet the cheapest option around, you might like everything as the environment, music . But trust me, never ever drink their coffee . I mostly order iced tea with Irish syrup .

I personally like the cortado . The cool thing about here is the diversity .The diversity of people who drink coffee here can not be found in other lamiz branches and most of other coffee places .

Out of all Lamiz's branches i like this one's design the best. Coffee and everything else are the same.

Cozy as always; quick service ; fresh cakes . Upstairs lounge is definitely a favorite hideout from the hustle outside.

Great for a quick coffee before going to work or university . But lack of wifi and mobile antenna are annoying.

One of the nicest Lamiz branches; two-story café ; has a nice view of the hustle and bustle of adjacent Fatemi Sq.

It located at administrative region so when it opens at 7 am during work days of week is great.Coffee taste as always isn't special but acceptable. Staffs are young people who try to learn more here.

Coffee is great, polite & cool staff ,classic & nice decoration, tiramisu is not tiramisu with no cheese taste, its just roulette!!!!!

Why a regular coffee should be this expensive ? I used to like Lamiz cafès so much , but being this expensive doesnt makes any sense ! And this branch doesnt even have cool views like other branches !

Great coffee , good cosy place , but service is very slow. Still good compared to other places in Iran, but 5 minutes for a Latte is slow

With the same quality of other Lamiz branches , this one is more accessable for Fatemi/Yousef Abad residents.
