Very helpfull and friendly staff . However room with twin bed quite small. Good location. Only a walking distance to Shopping Mall .

The bed is good. Elevators are equipped with safety features- you need your room card to press your room level. The deluxe room is quite small but cozy , and it is without a dressing table.

Best use of my expiring Enrich pts! Luv our duplex deluxe room sleeps 4, 2 bathrooms ! Vy comfy&cosy. Hotel is quiet , vy clean , smells nice! Great staff service! Luv the breakfast too! Next to mall .

Highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay near the airport in Penang. It’s just 12-15 mins drive. Heaps of good shops, large shopping mall and upscale eateries surrounding it. Great service.

Only 10 minutes away from airport and 5 minutes always from Penang Bridge . Excellent suite room. Strongly recommend.

Take a left turn at hotel entrance and walk down the slope and you'd be at one of the biggest malls on the island - Queensbay Mall .

You can hire bicycles from the hotel to explore the area nearby the hotel .

The basement carpark is designed for go-karts by midgets - it's one of the narrowest in Penang.

The staffs are not mindful enough. They locked my uncle in the toilet without checking whether there's anyone in the toilet first! ????????

No proper English understanding in reading emails. As our reservation was cancelled due to this issue, however they provide us with quick service . One issue for Muslim Arab people (no toilet hose).

Convenient location for businessman from overseas due to industrial area is nearby

The only thing good about this hotel is location. Service sucks, expensive for the kind of room and service. The front desk personnel needs to be trained . They lack basic guest courtesy.
