Huge resort with a gigantic ballroom . Rooms are pretty run down. Love the indoor Koi Pond near the coffee house at the lobby. Rates are quite reasonable during low season.

Been changing Hotels during our 1 week holiday in Penang, been here on the 1st day, end up here again on the last day. Best customer service and best exclusive comfortable place to live.

As usual, I never get disappointed with their food, from buffet to dinner event . (Even it has been years I've not been here) Good ambience, not to mention, classy wedding band. :)

They provide complimentary shuttle service to Georgetown (Komtar, Prangin Mall , Gurney, etc) and airport !
