Apparently it's acceptable for a mum to change her baby's nappy in the middle of the store, and staff are unable to challenge it! Who knew?! There are baby changing facilities, love! Use them!
I do love starbucks, but I have found the staff very hit and miss. Some are wonderful, whereas others let the place down.
