Great coffee and love watching the world go by on the decking outside on sunny days.
Personally, I think the ice drinks/milkshakes here are nicer than next door Starbucks. And cheaper to boot :) and upstairs has awesome sofas

If you don't want whipped cream on top of something make sure to tell them more than once.
Orios muffins are ace & upstairs is a great place to relax
