Applying i-kad for expats is available at counter no.4 on 3rd floor. It takes 1 business day to proceed and available on next day to pickup.

Working hours are similar to other govt offices.Toilets are located at 1st floor with only 4 cubicles.There are two presentable eateries .Obtained passport on the same day at 3.45pm, waited since 9am.

There are no extensions of stay here. The reason that you are refered to this unit is because you failed to comply with the law. You have to report yourself for clearance & leave within 7 days.

Wanna get foreign worker working permit extension? Better come here 4-5am to Q outside, or else u'll not gonna get no. Only 100 no. Available daily.

In ENFORCEMENT Dept, the officers do NOT deal with agents especially overstay cases. If u'r not sure what docs to provide, pls ASK.
