I have to hand it to this office . They are Incredibly efficient. Just do your part and fill out all your forms and bring necessary documents . Took me 5 mins to transfer license to NY state .

Make an online reservation and fast track the line !! Also listen for your number instead of watching the board, the first letter may not match up. It's not bad if you're prepared.

In by 5:30, out by 6:15 on a Monday for a name change. Mr. Allen is nice and friendly by the ID station. Don't like you picture? Come back within 6 months to retake it at no charge.

Wow. Applied for a Learner's Permit. Was in an out in 25 minutes without an appointment.

Beware if your ticket starts with a "G", the male voice will announce it correctly when called, but the video screen would say a different letter but with correct numbers.

The wait was long to get a license , and on top of that you need 6 points of documents such as a birth certificate, passport, cards, lease, etc. Don’t recommend the elevator , got stuck in it...

Reserve 2 hours to exchange license from another state . Arrived@8:40. Got seen@9:15 & was told to wait to pay (your queue restarts again). Now 11. expected a reservation would expedite process..lies!
