Love Delta Airlines . Fortunately I never fly from Atlanta so I don't have to deal with the security at HJIA. It's nice to have anything you need at your fingertips, food, shopping and more.

No TSA PreCheck on Sundays before 5 pm, coming from abroad and getting to connecting domestic flights . Make sure you dont bring water bottles from your flight . Also, they test duty free alcohol .

Go to concourse E for food. Every airport has overpriced food, but the options at E are way better than at B! Nature's best bistro is good. Really great service too.

So many places with good food! Forget airline meals, allow extra time to eat on the airport !

For 1-2 concourse distance like D to E or F it is faster for a healthy adult to walk than take the train .

Service and baggage claim form work unappropriate. They lost my baggage and now I really need your help, but nobody answers me. Guys from Delta, let me know if you really care about your Customers.

Don't ever give up your seats when they say they are over booked . You may find yourself without a flight until the next day.

Don't travel first thing. Security is impossible to get through if your crunched for time. Better off with a late morning or afternoon flight .

Take Jet Blue or Virgin Atlantic. These are old and dirty and it takes forever to load because they charge for every bag checked so people try to carry it all on!

Never use Delta in Atlanta. 1/2 of all their associates can't help you. They either don't know how, don't care to, or don't speak clearly.

Avoid Delta Airlines at all costs. They keep lying, have no mercy for infants and children, they cancel flights and seats without notification even if you ask for one.

Schedules mean nothing. Flown 3 round trips in 3 weeks and average 6 hours late.
