food is little strange, but overall its a great place
Don't bother coming in this hotel while in Bansko. Try others near. Food is terrible, staff is terrible, rooms are average. Spa is limited by 5 people total. Not worth the money.
Get room 211 or 212 for in room wifi
Don't bother with half board, it's cheap to eat out and a LOT nicer
