The Sky Garden is only accessible to paying visitors to Harukas 300 observation deck. Nice area to sit down and have food and drink from the nearby cafe. - Jack Smith
An awesome place to catch the sunset in Osaka. An entry fee is 800 yen. There is a sky bar and souvenir shop there as well. - Panisha Chan
