Lovely place. So close to so many cafes and walks. I got groceries at the place a few blocks away to save money. Best bathtub I've ever seen in a hotel .

RoomService: Rib of beef double the size of rib fillet! Friendly , attentive, accommodating staff . Expensive but delicious :)

It's a place where many of The Lord of the Rings actors have stated . I've spotted a few of them in my stays. The bar 's good too.

Wannabe art design is horrific, apartment hotels have great kitchens, yeah on sauna ! But biggest issue is that rooms don't have windows so rooms smell like shit. Don't stay here!
