Went for a work function and it was amazing! Great service, I've never been waited in like that before and the food was just as top notch. Will be returning.

Great for groups - noisy - vibrant - sharing meals - lamb with cumin was almost Indian Chinese fusion. Duck was super crispy and delicious. Pork & prawn shumai damn fine. Pickled ginger too. All good.

Do try the BBI Red braised crispy pork ribs w horseradish caramel & pickled red dates! Sadly could not get even a whiff or taste of truffle in the pork & truffle soup xiao long bao !

Don't go past the Duck Wonton . Just magic!

Kylie Jay

Funky asian fusion at the front of Ponsonby Central. Impressive drink offerings & the plates are great for sharing. Really good spot for groups.

Gina Bunton

Try the pork buns yum! All the small appetite options are great

Loved the wok-fried Chinese water spinach the first time but when ordered last night it was full of bitsy stalks. Also no taste of the home-made chilli paste . Annoyed with the inconsistency!

Jay Jay R

Must try: the Bang Bang Chicken . Delish!

Lenny Lesser

Awesome steamed buns .

Dan Money

Food was good, but service kinda of a mess. Feels like they pulled random foreign exchange students off the streets. And the timing is off, they bombard you with plates with no space on the table.

Really good food and great service but v noisy . Cumin lamb was superb

Anna Robinson

The soft shell crab was sooooooo good!

Simone Cooper

The ribs are the best thing here. But all of it is delicious.

Nik Williamson

The black pepper wonton is mind blowing.

Pork buns , spicy beef and Sui mai!

Found out a menu item was mislabeled, canceled the order, & later were told it hadn't been canceled & we'd have to pay for it. :( Salmon "salad " merely chopped carrot & radish on the side. No bueno.

Gordy Bayne

Try the Mr Lava Lava

Jemimah

Food was good, service was a let down however

Jamie F

Asian fusion food which seems to over do the spices instead of leaving it a little milder. Obvious problem when the chef looks middle eastern but is in charge of whipping up all the flavours.

2nd time here still NOT convinced. Can't even do a simple substitution. Not sure what the big fuss is here.
