Some of the best oysters I've ever had. Really great 'deceptively healthy' innovative dishes showcasing the best NZ produce. Skip dessert tho (who wants a healthy dessert ).
It's no surprise that Euro has remained one of the top Auckland restaurants for many years. Delicious flavoursome food, excellent service and beautiful waterfront setting. Ticks all boxes.
A great dining experience and a must do. Food was outstanding and the service was second to none. The only down side is the beverage prices - mark ups are very high.
Went with 3 colleagues. All 4 of us got 4 different dishes with meat. All 4 were great! Superbly cocked! The Pavlova for the end was superb. Must-go restaurant .
5 course degustation from grab one (two people for $150) is awesome. Each course better than the last and excellent service.
Must try the fresh oysters if in season, only 35 dollars for a dozen. Cloudy bay clams and mussels are to die for!

Service is excellent, good ambience. The risotto however manages to be both chalky and gloopy. Needed another few minutes and more stirring.

Make sure you get a server who is focused on you as a customer rather that playing to the girls night out crowd. Service can leave A LOT to be desired. What a spoiler for the food.
