Beautiful place to spend a few hours. The orchid room is amazing. Membership is definitely worth the money.
Themed gardens , dozens of fountains and much more await you along the banks of Lake Wylie. The color in the Orchid Conservatory will brighten even the most dreary winter day.
Great little place. Check it out! Make sure to walk the Persimmon trail out to the lake .
Some of the best photography happens on rainy days. The water adds drama to macro flower shots.

Not going to be the uphill tough hiking at Crowders, but you can definitely get 4-5 miles in of beautiful scenery. I've only hiked the trails, but it was perfect for the kids- BRING SNACKS AND WATER! - Rebecca Aponte
