Make sure to do the message chairs. So relaxing! All you have to do is stop by the front desk for a token... Felt good after the workout and to wind down for the day...

I have MS and I absolutely love that this location is all one level! Wish they offered class but then again it's only $10/month. Can't really complain.

Great people watching , I also dig the upright water dispenser, I just wish it were taller fpr larger water bottles. Clean and good for weekend warriors.

Friendly staff , clean , great variety in equipment, awesome price. Only down fall I wish there was a punching bag / speed bag and a pool. But no gym can achieve perfection ;)
