I LOVE working out at this gym !! 99% of the time no one bothers me while working out. I love the group classes , tvs on the ellipticals & lifting. Great people. Great equipment.
Get your fitness on! They have lots of tvs , specifically one on every treadmill and eliptical. Helps pass the time when you are burning some calories!
The Hip Hop class on Tuesday & Thursday evenings is awesome!

You must try Alexander 's classes ! He's an import from Easton and really knows his stuff!
Avoid dudes who sit on the machines and check their phones instead of working out. Also cardio machines are hard to find at 5pm

The sweet Thai chilli and Carolina gold traditional wings are so good. I always get 10 each. They have nasty cocktails as well. Try the Perfect Storm & Carribean something...I forgot what it's called - Jami Jackson
