First Starbucks in Hanoi , staffs are very friendly like many other Starbucks. Not the best Starbucks I have tried so far but matcha drinks worth trying.
Starbucks is always quiet in places with an established home coffee culture. Pricey - yes if compared to Vietnamese coffee shops, but no if compared to Starbucks in other countries . Nice place.

Expensive, ofcourse. Drinks are not very special. Occasional drinks are better. Dislike 1-hour-lasting wifi password!!! Many cold drinks are not available in Hanoi!
Pricey compared to other coffeeshops, one device WiFi password per coffee and for one hour.
