I had the Chin (cooked beef ), it was a very elegant northern broth. What was outstanding was the sriracha style hot sauce it opened that broth right up, finished off with some fresh chilli and lemon .

If you want to eat authentic Vietnamese rice noodles , it is definitely recommended. However, there are a lot of fake restaurants of the same name and need attention.

This was the Pho place we were recommended in Hanoi. It’s no nonsense, super fast. Pho was good, recommend getting the dumplings as well
