I can say its the best hotel I've stayed in over my 15 years visits to almadinah❤ this is my second stay at Shaza and they upgraded our room to suit & gave us upgrade voucher for our next visit❤

I would come back 100 time ❤ customer service was amazing????their restaurants are great & everyone working their makes you feel welcomed the minute you step in ❤ 10 stars????

If you are looking for a hotel that is close to al Masjid Al Nabawi , luxurious , excellent well trained and friendly staff , tasty breakfast buffet ,parking for your car.Then this is your best selection.

Great islamic design and location, everything is fine except for the rooms' lighting it's too dark! also the carpets are visibly dirty and need to be replaced as well as the bathroom towels.

Unique in its own way. I was too busy awing the Islamic design and the hospitality at the entrance to care about the "minor" shortcomings. Plus point: Near the mosque 's main gate and women's section.

The most new hotel in Al Madina, just few steps to Haram. The breakfast is excellent. Transportation to and from airport can be arranged, Very helpful staff . I highly recommend this hotel .

The location is great, the design I guess the most beautiful in Madina, but unfortunately I have to say the hygiene standard in the rooms is very very bad, need to take extra care of cleaning ????

Rooms are comfortable beautiful with stylish elegant furniture but they had low room services also the waiters of the restaurant are very rude especially the Egyptian waiter .

A very cosy boutique hotel , 5 stars, islamic design with a modern touch. Very close to Almasjid alnabawi, i highly recommend it for newlyweds.

We have tried Their in-room menu, butter chicken is good, Asian salad is acceptable but not as described, fried vegetables "forgot its name" is terrible; too much spices.

Nicely decorated hotel , close to masjid nabawi , dirty carpet, noisy aircon, terrible lifts , terrible coffee during breakfast , terrible cleaning staffs , can't understand why they have high rating

One of the worst hotels ever.. the carpet had stains and burnt out in some areas.. the a/c wasn't working so I had to stay in the lobby and waited for along of time so I could have another room..

Decor is nice, but this is definitely not a 5 star hotel . The rooms and corridors are filthy, the service is horrible, and the food is pretty bland. All in all, I won't be staying here again.

Leave this at your door if you don't want your room to be cleaned . They're like the cleaning 'rhymes with Yahtzee'.

One of the worst hotels i have ever stayed. Dust everywhere, could not sleep. Small cups for the meals. Terrible lifts .Busy all the time. Never ever Will stay. Staying streets is definitely better
