The best hotel in Madinah . Check in time is 4:00 PM. I arrived around 11:30 before Friday prayer.Young Saudi on reception took some time but found a room for me. Great favor for peaceful Salah. #Bless

very nice hotel also to stay and experience Madinah opposite al Haram . You can also experience the restaurant and coffee lounge inside, very comfy and lux at all.

I use to stay at this hotel each time I visit Madinah. Unfortunately , it's not up to my expectation but it's one of the best there

Idk why when we visit Hilton in any country across the world, we find fancy facilities and excellent service, quite the opposite here at Madinah Hilton, the experience is away less satisfying!

The hotel was ok, hasn't changed in the past 10 years no refurbishment or renovations made. The breakfast area was unorganized.

Take the escalators and you'll find Sunda Restaurant . Great Prawn Dish. SAR30 is expensive

Back to my Favorite place to stay in Madina after 4years.

For me! I don't recommend it at all. Breakfast hasn't include many options and the omelette maker is not professional. The bed wasn't comfortable for my back. Decorations is classy to be honest.

Location and cleanliness

Can't be even a 3 stars hotel . Dirty carpet under beds. Worst breakfast , you even don't get proper coffee (nescafe only!). Very bad parking and no body helps in parking . Smelly yellow shower curtain.

Hilton Hotel Mescid-i Nebeviye çok yakın. Yemekleri bizim yemek kültürümüze uygun temiz, biz eşimle üç yıl oldu gidiyoruz memnun dönüyoruz. :-):-)

Odalar eski fakat temiz ve ferah. Banyo perdesi facia. 5 yıldızlı bir otel için tam bir hayal kırıklığı. Aklınızdaki 5 yıldız konforunu unutun. Yemekler güzel. Mescide yakınlığı çok büyük bir avantaj.

الخدمة حلوة واهتمامهم بالنزيل روعة،الغرفة نظيفة ولكن تحتاج الى تجديد للديكور، لايقدم جميع تسهيلات الخمس نجوم، خصوصا في اغراض دورات المياه، دورة المياه بدون تهوية، التقييم العام 7.2/10

موقع الفندق وخدماته والعاملين ١٠/١٠ اما الاثاث قديم ويحتاج للتجديد، لا انصح بالسكن فيه حالياً لان البدائل افضل.

Le buffet au restaurant en soirée est top. Pour les enfants de moins de 12 ans, ils sont très souples pour le buffet .
