Given the environment if the airport , actually the lounge (non VN side) is not too bad. Plenty of munches and pho . And Vietnamese wine .

Lets put this way. Many things can be improved or new BIZ lounge needed desperately in Hanoi. Feel like 70s in here. OMG!!
