Nice rooms! 2 queen sized beds , a pull out couch and a balcony over looking the bay . The location is also perfect as you're walking distance from Secrets & the beach !
Pretty descent hotel . Very friendly staff . Great location and one of the best prices I found! And right next door to Seacrets !
The hotel bar has Happy Hour Sun-Thurs 4-7 with $1.75 beers , $3 mixed drinks and 60 cent wings ... doesn't get much cheaper than that!
Not comfortable hard beds and the audacity to have me pay full price upfront with no refunds if we checked out sooner. Then upon leaving they hit me with a "safe fee" for the room safe. Move on.

Staff are curt and rude, and very quick to slap you with extra charges ($25 extra per person on check-in). Beware. Low value for very high price .
Check your room before you lug all your suitcases up. We walked in with arms full of luggage to a trashed room.

Not impressed. High price and low quality.
We've stayed at the Courtyard Marriott, Dunes Manor, Carousel, and a few others. Best Western OC did not disappoint!! The room was large and clean, the staff friendly and a great beach at 56th street. - @BaltimoreTom
