For $59 a night, you get what you pay for. That is, a view of the ocean, a great place for kids to play, and very few crazy drunk people on the boardwalk. Not to mention pleasant staff . Two thumbs up.
Hotel staff is very friendly . Room always is cold from the a.c. which works well . Bo complaints, except the parking could be better. Indoor pool is open 24hrs too!
I agree with the parking situation, it sucks!! The rooms are not updated like they say. The AC sucks, its colder in the hall. Balcony floor is sticky!!! Scott was very nice and understood our problem.

Well umm... At least the fridges work extremely well (everything's always frosty!) though the AC may be slightly less reliable.
