Pretty ordinary western cape winery . Grounds are small and there was a lot of construction adjoining the restaurant . Touted as kid friendly but the play area is not visible from the restaurant .

In order to get a picnic basket , you need book at least 24 hours in advance. I found the snacks to be very expensive , although alcohol is cheap .
service isn’t great. staff need to learn to flow so it doesn’t feel like you’re in a crowded train station while you try to enjoy your meal.
Sunday good food market and picnic it's just out of this world. So coming back.
