Good KFC. Good chicken . You have dishes with rice , egg and carots/cucumber ... 100% Khmer .. and I love those one :)
Try their local chili sweet sauce !!!
The gravy looks and tastes different from the one that we have in Manila. But it's still worth a try.

I'm ashamed to admit I ate here on the first night - regret doing so as a very poor KFC . No quality meat served lukewarm. Avoid and enjoy traditional Khmer cooking elsewhere as much tastier and cheap
There is free wifi in almost every type of business in Siem Reap! Even the convenience marts have free wifi . Don't order a zinger max, it looks sad and deflated. Cheesy chips is yellow mayo . Poor KFC
