Bekarki menu. Steak tartar , cod , calamari risotto and lamb really nice. Apple pie awesome, the best I have ever tasted. It is worth three Michelin stars !
Clásico Akelare. Lobster salad , kokotxa cod , grilled foie and beef spectacular. The desserts really surprising. Broken yogurt with berrys tasty. You can't be wrong with it. It is worth it!

Amazing setting, food, service. Everything was incredible from start to finish. We were the first to arrive and the last to leave and we got to meet the chef ! Get the lobster balloon!

Aranori tasting menu yummy. Foie , skid, cod and meat awesome. Gin tonic on plate and coco cream tasty. You should taste it!
Pablo is a renowned chef , but his classic menu is not at all impressive. Suckling pig and red mullet stand out. The new menus include interesting items like shrimp in clear fish stock.
A proper 3 star Michelin place, with all pluses and minuses. Very interesting tasting menu choice with a great selection of wines . Definitely worth visiting, but a bit too formal in my opinion.
Incredible appetizer . Bloody Mary , fake olives , cheese with three color bread , chips suffle and morcilla cookies . AMAIZING!

While the food was fantastic, the service did not match. Multilingual waiter was nice but then disappeared. Too often no help in any language. Sommelier service especially inattentive & poorly timed.

Pese a la su experiencia , Subijana sigue siendo inconformista y busca continuamente la evolución. En la carta siguen excelentes platos de siempre y también nuevos descubrimientos. Vale la pena venir.
