They're all exactly the same. Moist yellow cake with pink buttercream frosting . I wouldn't want it any other way. I must have bought at least three a day when I was in P-Town during Bear Week.
Don't bother with the minis. After you eat one you'll want at least one more, so just get the bigger one to begin with. They are fantastic!
