The service is excellent as they have a classy restaurant , but old school type of machine to order from. Soba was flavorful and artistic ! The karaage chicken with salt was a perfect accompaniment.

The broth is so rich that’ll it’ll start congealing as it cools - but they’ll heat it up for you to keep dipping noodles !

にぼし吟醸clearを大盛り 、燻製 玉子 付きで頂きました。雑味無く濃い煮干しのスープ 。細麺 との相性もいい感じ。鶏 チャーシュー に巻き込まれた粗挽き胡椒が全体を引き立てます。
이 근방에서는 상당히 괜찮은 곳입니다. 이치란 보다는 이런 곳에서 드셔 보세요. 크리미한 국물이 맛있습니다. 종업원도 매우 친절했습니다.

Definitely one of the best ramenya in Osaka. Noodles’ texture was perfect. Duck meat broth is light and clear, yet packs such deep, clean flavour. Would be great if they’re more generous on toppings. - Riri Grr
